Important: Our Cancellation & Amendments policy is part of section 5. We highly recommend reading this section carefully before confirming your booking, as it outlines all fees, travel credits, and rules for changing or cancelling a booking. For your convenience and to make it easy to spot and read, you will find a summary of the Cancellation & Amendments policy as follows:

⚠️ Summary of Cancellation & Amendments

Standard Fare

(applies to BusinessRide, BusRide Mini, ElectricRide, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Toyota Corolla, VanRide, VanRide XL, and any cars, minibuses, or buses not specifically assigned to another fare)

Cancellations & Fees Prior to Travel Date

• >7 days: Free (3.5% credit card fee deducted)

• 6–3 days: 20% cancellation fee

• 48–24 hours: 50% of fare as travel credit (non-cash, redeemable for future bookings, transferable, valid 1 year)

• <24 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Changes (date/time/route): Up to 12 hours before booking, first 2 free + fare difference (if any), then 25 CHF + fare difference (if any)

Saver Fare

(applies to JustRide, JustRide Plus, JustRide Van)

Cancellations & Fees Prior to Travel Date

• 10+ days: 25% cancellation fee

• 9–5 days: 40% cancellation fee

• <5 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Changes (date/time/route): Up to 5 days before booking, fee of 25 CHF + fare difference (if any)

Sprinter Fare

(applies to Mercedes Sprinter vehicles)

Cancellations & Fees Prior to Travel Date

• >60 days: Free (3.5% credit card fee deducted)

• 60–30 days: 250 CHF cancellation fee

• 29–8 days: 50% cancellation fee

• 7–2 days: 80% cancellation fee

• <2 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Changes (date/time/route): Only if availability exists; generally not permitted within 7 days of service

Full Day Rental Fare

Cancellations & Fees Prior to Travel Date

• >7 days: 5% cancellation fee

• 6–3 days: 40% cancellation fee

• <2 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Changes (date/time/route): Allowed up to 3 days before booking; first 2 free, then 25 CHF; not permitted within 2 days
