⚠️ Summary of Cancellation & Amendments

Below is a summary of cancellation and change policies by fare type. All time limits are based on the scheduled service start time.

Saver Fare (Non-Flexible)

Category: JustRide · JustRide Plus · JustRide Van

Cancellation

  • 14+ days: 60% refund
  • 13–7 days: 40% refund
  • <7 days or no-show: 100% fee (no refund or credit)

Changes

  • Up to 7 days before service start time
  • 25 CHF per change plus any applicable fare difference
  • Subject to availability
  • No changes permitted within 7 days of service

Discounted fare with limited flexibility.


Standard Fare

Category: BusinessRide · ElectricRide · Mercedes E-Class · Mercedes V-Class · VanRide · BusRide Mini · Toyota Corolla · VanRide XL
(and any vehicles not listed under Saver, Sprinter, or Full Day Rental)

Cancellation

  • >7 days: Free (3.5% payment processing fee deducted)
  • 6–3 days: 80% refund to the original payment method
  • 48–24h: No cash refund, but 50% travel credit (valid 12 months)
  • <24h or no-show: 100% fee (no refund or credit)

Changes

  • Up to 12 hours before service start time
  • First 2 changes free, thereafter 25 CHF per change
  • Subject to availability and any applicable fare difference

Sprinter Fare

Category: Mercedes Sprinter

Cancellation

  • >60 days: Free (3.5% payment processing fee deducted)
  • 60–30 days: 250 CHF
  • 29–8 days: 50% refund
  • 7–2 days: 15% refund
  • <48h or no-show: 100% fee (no refund or credit)

Changes

  • Changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability
  • Any approved change may result in a fare adjustment
  • No changes permitted within 7 days of service

Full Day Rental

Cancellation

  • >7 days: 90% refund
  • 6–3 days: 60% refund
  • <48h or no-show: 100% fee (no refund or credit)

Changes

  • Up to 3 days before service start time
  • First 2 changes free, thereafter 25 CHF per change
  • Subject to availability and any applicable fare difference
  • No changes permitted within 48 hours of service

Travel Credit

  • Non-cash credit
  • Valid 12 months
  • Transferable
  • Can be used partially (remaining balance stays valid)
  • Non-refundable

Important

  • All times refer to local Swiss time (CET/CEST)
  • Fees apply to the total booking value
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your payment provider or bank
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable
  • No-show = not present at pickup time & location
  • In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our discretion, apply more flexible conditions
