Switzerland: Good to Know Facts

🚗 Important – Please Read Before You Ask

We offer high-quality transport at some of the best rates in Switzerland. We already offer very good rates, and we follow fixed pricing—so no additional discounts are available, except if you exceed a certain number of bookings. Please see below for more details.

✅ What You Should Know (Do’s)

✔ Enjoy Our Fair & Transparent Pricing – Our rates are already among the lowest in Switzerland. You get great service at a great price.

✔ Book More, Save More – We offer a 10% discount only if you book at least three transfers.

✔ Respect Local Customs – In Switzerland, prices are fixed. Unlike in some other countries, it is not common to negotiate or ask for discounts.

✔ Plan & Book in Advance – Ensure availability and a smooth experience by securing your transport early.

✔ Ask Us About Services, Not Discounts – We’re happy to help with route planning, luggage handling, and travel tips—just not with price negotiations.

❌ What You Should NOT Do (Don’ts)

🚫 Don’t Expect Further Reductions, Our Prices Are Already Fair and Competitive – Our rates are already some of the most competitive in Switzerland, offering you excellent service at a great price. We do not negotiate prices, and our listed rates are final. A 10% discount is automatically applied when you book at least three transfers.

🚫 Don’t Compare Our Prices to Other Countries – Prices in Switzerland reflect high quality, reliability, and fair wages. Just as you expect fair payment for your work, so do we. Fair pricing ensures professional and dependable service.

🚫 Don’t Haggle Like in a Market – In Switzerland, businesses set fair prices from the start. Asking for discounts is not expected or customary. What works in one country doesn’t apply here.

🚫 Don’t Assume “Just One Ride” Deserves a Special Price – We treat all customers fairly, and our pricing is the same for everyone.

🔹 In Switzerland, negotiating prices is considered extremely rude. Requesting additional discounts beyond what is already offered, especially without meeting a minimum purchase requirement, is considered unprofessional and disrespectful. If a discount has already been applied for booking multiple services, asking for more than 10% off is seen as inappropriate and inconsiderate. This kind of behavior can make others unwilling to do business with you, as it goes against the local customs of fairness and mutual respect. We kindly ask that you understand and appreciate these cultural differences.
